To Do...
3-3-2020
Today you will learn about measuring distance in metric and customary units. Please complete each task below. When you click on links, sites will open in a new tab. When you finish with a task, just close that tab to return to this page.
Do these tasks in order:
1. You will begin with a number sense activity -- estimating fractions on a number line (you should have done some of these in the past). Do about 10 of these or until you can get within 5% consistently. You should spend no more than 5 minutes on this task. Do not go to any other activities on this site.

2. Many of you did not finish the "How to Read a Ruler" activity from January. You may skip steps 3-5 ONLY if you have already completed them in the past. If you did not complete ALL of steps 3-5, begin by reviewing the video below about how to read a ruler. You will need headphones. Watch the entire video -- do not skip any parts!
